Communications Insight Strategist

M&G is seeking a passionate Communications and Ad‑hoc Insight executive to support the Communications Insight manager in customer and adviser communications testing. You will develop insights, enabling recommendations for improvement and ensure the customer perspective is central to communication development.

This role is pivotal in running research projects and collaborating with stakeholders to drive improvements. Candidates should have proven experience in communication delivery and excellent communication skills.
