As Nursery Production Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring production runs efficiently, resources are effectively managed, and plants are delivered to the highest standards. Working closely with the Nursery Operations Manager, you'll turn seasonal production plans into day-to-day action, coordinating people, machinery, stock, and logistics to ensure targets are achieved safely and efficiently. This is a highly visible role with responsibility for production planning, team leadership, stock management, logistics, and continuous improvement across multiple nursery sites. About You We're looking for someone who brings: Strong leadership and people management experience Excellent planning and organisational skills Experience managing production processes or operational workflows Confidence leading and motivating teams Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Good IT skills and administrative capability A proactive and adaptable approach to work Experience in horticulture would be very beneficial but is not essential. Full training on the growing operation can be provided for candidates with the right operational management experience.
