About the role
Looking for a rewarding role where you can make a difference within a busy and supportive organisation? This is a key front-of-house role, providing essential administrative support and acting as the first point of contact for staff and service users.
In this role, you will:
Provide administrative support to staff members, maintaining accurate records and support day-to-day office operations
Handle enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face
Assist with transition days and liaise with schools, staff, pupils and families
To be successful, you will need:
Bilingual Welsh and English language skills
Previous administration and office experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively in a busy environment
This is a temporary position until end July, working full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with some flexibility for the right candidate. This is an office based role in Ruthin, starting on an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour + benefits.
