The firm has an established client base and strong pipeline of work, providing the platform for you to focus on delivering excellent client service and developing your practice.The RoleYou will have the opportunity to:Handle a broad range of commercial property litigation matters.Advise landlords, tenants, developers, investors and other property stakeholders.Manage complex and high-value disputes from inception through to resolution.Develop and maintain strong client relationships.Work closely with colleagues across the firm's wider Real Estate and Dispute Resolution teams.Support junior lawyers with mentoring, supervision and technical development.Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team.Take an active role in the strategic development of the Birmingham Property Litigation practice.About YouThe successful candidate is likely to be:A qualified solicitor with strong Property Litigation experience.Operating at Senior Associate, Legal Director or equivalent level.Experienced in handling a broad range of commercial property disputes.Commercially minded with excellent technical and client-facing skills.Confident managing complex matters and working with sophisticated clients.A strong communicator who enjoys developing relationships and working collaboratively.Ambitious and keen to play a meaningful role in the growth of a national practice.A portable client following is not required for this appointment.Why This Opportunity?This is more than simply another Property Litigation role.
