Account Manager / Customer Relationship Executive

Our client is looking for a confident, personable Account Manager / Customer Relationship Executive to join a supportive and friendly team. This is not cold calling — you’ll be following up with customers who have already received a quote, building relationships and guiding them through the next steps. This role would suit someone from a customer service or sales background, particularly if you’ve worked with service agreements, renewals or upselling in environments such as estate agency, insurance, finance, legal services or similar.
