Bim Technician

Award winning AJ100 studio, renowned for designing prestigious developments both locally and abroad, are currently on the lookout for a talented BIM Coordinator to join their ranks. Nestled within the heart of central London, this highly collaborative studio is offering a motivated, and promising BIM Coordinator / computationally focused designer the opportunity to join an award winning practice working on global projects worthy of critical acclaim. Here you will aid in the BIM implementation of world-class, highly anticipated hospitality, mixed-use and city-scape developments within the UK, Asia and or the Middle East. Among BIM you will also be involved within the design of complex geometry and rationale within parametric design. You will have the opportunity to join a well-established and organised BIM team, that will offer great exposure and learning opportunities;
taking your BIM and computational knowledge to new heights. This role would suit a BIM focused designer, who has a keen eye for design and a passion for computational methods. Job description

• Work studio wide implementing BIM protocols and strategies on highly publicised global projects
• Manage one or a number of complex projects
• Produce complex models and environmental analysis using modelling tools
• Coordinate with BIM team
• Continual personal training
• Research and implement new software and technologies
• Involvement in practice future BIM strategies

Key skills

• Experience working within a BIM environment within complex projects is essential
• Experience in large-scale and complex projects
• Advanced skills in Revit and Rhino is essential
• Experience in BIM 360
• Experience with Navisworks, Grasshopper and Dynamo advantageous
