You will work closely with experienced colleagues and teaching assistants to provide engaging learning opportunities and ensure all pupils make excellent progress throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
* Build a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with staff to enhance teaching and learning across the school
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development The Ideal Candidate: The ideal Year 1 Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
The school is looking for a Year 1 Teacher with excellent classroom management skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine passion for primary education.
