About the Role: As a Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering inspiring and well-structured lessons that encourage curiosity, confidence, and academic progress.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
* Build a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Work collaboratively with staff to enhance teaching and learning across the school
* Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development The Ideal Candidate: The ideal Year 1 Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
