Project Manager

Project Manager We’re working with a leading main contractor who are delivering a £30m concrete frame student accommodation development near Manchester City Centre, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the scheme. The Role You’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the project, overseeing programme, subcontractors, quality, health & safety, and client coordination from construction through to handover. Key Responsibilities * Managing the full site delivery team * Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved * Coordinating subcontractors and supply chain partners * Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality * Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior management * Monitoring project performance and reporting progress * Managing budgets, variations, and risk throughout the build Requirements * Proven experience delivering concrete frame residential or student accommodation/high-rise schemes * Experience managing projects circa £20m–£50m * Strong leadership and communication skills * Main contractor background What’s on Offer * Opportunity to lead a flagship development * Excellent salary and package Apply If you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply with a copy of your CV or get in touch with our Construction Specialist, Jane Fairhurst
