We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to join our growing Hospitality Division. Whether you're an experienced salesperson or someone with strong customer service skills looking to build a career in sales, we'd love to hear from you. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of hospitality customers, building strong relationships and ensuring they receive outstanding service. Alongside account management, you'll identify and develop new business opportunities, helping to drive growth across the division.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, building rapport and making a positive impact on customer relationships every day.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio.
Build long-lasting relationships with hospitality customers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and account support.
Identify and win new business opportunities.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain regular contact with customers via phone and email.
Achieve individual sales and activity targets.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent customer experience.
