Sports and Wellbeing Coach Salary: £26,228 - £28,000 per annum Location: Peterborough - Hybrid Contract: Full Time Background Boxing Futures is a charity dedicated to empowering young people by fostering confidence, self-esteem, and resilience. Summary of Job We are seeking an enthusiastic Sports and Wellbeing Coach who will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physical and therapeutic programmes. The role requires working across multiple schools and community locations in Peterborough and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be passionate about engaging young people and delivering sessions that inspire and motivate. Key Responsibilities: Deliver well-planned physical and therapeutic sessions, ensuring high engagement and positive outcomes. Monitor programme performance, tracking attendance and participant engagement, and provide feedback to the Senior Management Team. Provide a safe environment for participants, reporting any safety concerns in line with Boxing Futures policies. Collaborate with the Psychotherapist and operational colleagues to continuously improve programme delivery. Maintain accurate administrative records of session attendance and participant progress, including collecting feedback data. Ideal Candidate: At least one year of experience working with young people in a coaching or educational setting. Qualified in Sports Coaching / Personal Training at Level 2 or above. Experience working therapeutically in schools or youth organisations, alongside knowledge of safeguarding protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging a diverse range of individuals. Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
