Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Mansfield. As part of the sales team, you will provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, processing orders, and offering technical guidance. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining customer relationships, handling sales transactions, identifying opportunities for upselling, and contributing to achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will work closely with the team and participate in sales training initiatives to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the electrical supplies industry or a related field is essential
• Strong leadership skills are essential in this role
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Capability to provide effective Training and product guidance to both customers and team members
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team in an on-site environment
• Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software is an advantage
