Salary: £25,000 Basic | £60,000+ OTE (Uncapped) | Company Car

Richard Abson Group is recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join an established used car dealership in Wirral.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson looking for excellent earning potential, a company car and a great work-life balance.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to handover, while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Selling quality used vehicles
• Managing customer enquiries and appointments
• Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maximising every sales opportunity
• Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maximising profit per vehicle
• Appraising part-exchange vehicles
• Presenting finance and additional products
• Building strong relationships and generating repeat/referral business
• Following up customers and enquiries

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

3-week rolling rota:

• Week 1: Sunday off
• Week 2: 1 weekday off + Sunday off
• Week 3:Saturday & Sunday off

Every Sunday off + a full weekend off every 3 weeks.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in automotive sales
• Ideally experienced within a used car or main dealership
• Target-driven and commercially focused
• Confident and professional with customers
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Motivated by achieving strong earnings
• A full UK driving licence holder
