Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced People & Performance Manager to join us on a 12-month maternity cover, and we welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time opportunities.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who can keep the People function moving with clarity, pace and care. You’ll take ownership of the employee experience, supporting the ongoing learning, development and engagement of our teams, while providing operational leadership across core People activities.
Working closely with managers and employees across the business, you'll help maintain momentum on our People roadmap, ensuring continuity, consistency and a great experience for our people throughout the maternity cover period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational leadership for the People & Performance function, ensuring continuity, accountability and effective decision-making throughout the maternity cover period.
How you will work:
- Be visible, approachable and responsive for managers and employees across the business.
Experience:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management
