Aftersales Manager 📍 Oxford 💰 £40,000 Basic- £60,000 Salary + Bonus/OTE 🕒 Monday – Friday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on automotive professional looking to lead a high-performing aftersales department within a well-established business. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing the daily operation of the Service, Parts and Workshop departments * Driving profitability and departmental performance * Managing and motivating the aftersales team * Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention * Monitoring KPIs, productivity and efficiency levels * Maintaining manufacturer and company standards * Supporting training and development across the department Requirements: * Previous Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience within the motor trade * Strong leadership and organisational skills * Commercially driven with a focus on customer service * Ability to manage performance and drive results * Kerridge/CDK or similar DMS experience advantageous * Full UK driving licence required Package: * £40,000 – £60,000 Basic Salary * Performance related bonus structure * Monday to Friday working hours * Established and supportive business * Genuine long-term career progression * Company benefits package
