Role Overview: As a Primary School Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of our students. Working closely and supported by Teaching Assistants, you will create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEN. Collaborate with the SENCO, fellow teachers, and support staff to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs). Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support students' learning and development. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each child.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in a primary school setting. Experience working with children with special needs, including knowledge of SEN strategies and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
