We’re Hiring: Front of House Manager – Maternity Cover

I’m looking for an experienced and hands-on Front of House Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover, starting in September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves creating an exceptional front-of-house experience and thrives in a busy, professional environment.

Location: Reading

Start: September

Contract: 12-month maternity cover

Hours: 45 hours per week, typically 8am–6pm

Parking: On-site parking available

Team: Managing a team of 9

About the role

You’ll be responsible for leading the Front of House operation ensuring a warm, professional and seamless experience for everyone who walks through the doors.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in Front of House or hospitality management
• Ideally from a hotel background
• Hands-on and happy to lead from the front
• Passionate about delivering excellent reception and customer service
• Confident managing, motivating and developing a team
• Comfortable xwzovoh working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
• Highly organised, professional and approachable

This is a high-visibility role,so you’ll need to be someone who enjoys being present, engaging with people and making sure the highest standards are maintained every day.
