Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will deliver pragmatic, hands-on financial guidance across a diverse portfolio of capital programmes and projects.\ NYou will build strong, day-to-day partnerships with your stakeholders, while also contributing to longer-term strategic priorities. In this fast-paced and complex environment, you’ll be a trusted advisor, offering sound judgement, constructive challenge, and clear financial insight.\ NAs part of the wider Finance team, you will collaborate closely with a Senior Finance Business Partner to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions - helping to make Heathrow an exceptional place to work. \ NResponsibilities\ N\nPreparation ofcapital investment appraisals (IRR / NPV analysis): assessing options, tracking of assumptions, financial modelling and preparation of presentations for business reviews.\ NBusiness Partner with the relevant department up to Senior Manager level to influence delivery of the budget and provide value adding insight and analysis.\ NSupport capital programmes in financial assurance activities and funding queries. \ NSupport production of management business plans, forecasts, and long-term planning activities.\ NMonitor the achievement of the financial budget and key performance indicators (KPIs), efficiency and initiatives tracking.\ NSupport on capital planning process: coordination across stakeholders, programme prioritisation and periodic reporting.\ NCapturing and highlight risks & opportunities to the budget from capital programmes and support mitigation strategies. \ N\nQualifications\ N\nAbility to analyse volumes of data and create robust financial models \ NAbility to use excel(advanced), Word, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP.\ NAbility to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders\ NStrong communicator who can provide clear and concise information\ NAbility to work to tight timescales and organise workload effectively\ NUniversity degree inFinance, Economics or equivalent \ NBusiness Partnering,Commercial or FP&A experience \ N\nIdeally, you'll also have:\ N\nExperience within a relevant industry\ NQualified / Part-qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or equivalent \ N\n#LI-Hybrid
