Residential Site Manager – Cheltenham 3 Month Contract Immediate Start Available We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Site Manager to oversee a new build housing development in Cheltenham on behalf of a well-established regional contractor/developer. This is a contract position for approximately 3 months, with the opportunity to work on a busy live residential scheme delivering high-quality traditional build homes. Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day site operations * Overseeing subcontractors and site labour * Ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard * Conducting site inductions and toolbox talks * Managing health & safety on site * Liaising with senior management and trades * Driving quality control and snagging processes Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments * Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and housebuilding processes * SMSTS * CSCS Card * First Aid at Work * Excellent communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer: * Competitive day rate * 3 month contract * Immediate start * Opportunity to work with an established residential developer If you are interested or would like further information, please apply with your CV or contact us directly for a confidential discussion
