c.1–5 YEARS' PQE
LONDON
Looking to move in-house and work at one of the UK's most dynamic broadcast news environments?
We're partnering with a leading national broadcaster and digital news platform that is redefining modern news delivery through cutting-edge technology, rapid growth, and a genuinely entrepreneurial culture.
This is a rare opportunity for a mid-level lawyer with experience in media litigation, broadcast content compliance, editorial law and regulatory matters to join a fast-paced newsroom where your advice will directly shape live and breaking news output.
You'll advise journalists, producers and editors on:
Ideal candidates will have:
c. 4 years' PQE and above (indicative range only)
Media litigation, editorial, or content compliance experience
Strong commercial judgement and excellent communication skills
The ability to make clear, confident decisions under pressure

- Defamation, data privacy
- Contempt, reporting restrictions & copyright
- Live and pre-publication editorial risk

c. 4 years' PQE and above (indicative range only)
Media litigation, editorial, or content compliance experience
Strong commercial judgement and excellent communication skills
The ability to make clear, confident decisions under pressure
