We are currently looking to appoint a Registered Home Manager for our 5 bedded childrens residential home in Northamptonshire. The home is currently rated as Good with Ofsted. We are looking for a manager who is a natural leader and has the needs of the children and young people we support at the heart of what they do. You will have a previous experience of working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting, a good understanding of Ofsted requirements, recruitment, staff training, supervisions, implementing safeguarding, policies and procedures. QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or working towards) Proven managerial and leadership skills with a child-centred approach A positive track record with Ofsted inspections Full UK Driving Licence Comprehensive training and career development pathways.
