Senior Business Development Manager  Up to £60,000 plus uncapped commission  Nationwide Full time | Permanent | 8 am -5 pm Monday to Friday  Are you someone who likes to bring on new business?  Have you got sales experience within the Engineering sector?  Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their team. The main purpose of this Senior Business Development Manager role is to build new relationships with new potential clients and secure long-term contracts. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £60,000 plus uncapped commission depending on experience. Company benefits also include: Uncapped Commission  Company car or car allowance  Mobile phone and laptop  20 days holiday plus bank holiday Company pension ( after probation)  This role is full-time and permanent The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -5 pm  Your responsibilities will include: Generate new business opportunities nationwide.  Identify and secure high-value contracts across commercial, industrial, utilities and construction sectors.  Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.  Build and manage your own sales pipeline.  Create and implement your own business development strategy.  Attend client meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.  Work alongside our operational teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.  Exceed ambitious sales and growth targets.  Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.
