This Specialist Teaching Assistant role will involve: Providing dedicated 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs * Supporting pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal development * Adapting learning activities to meet individual pupil needs * Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours * Supporting pupils who may have ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, or other additional needs * Encouraging positive engagement with classroom activities and school life * Building strong, trusting, and positive relationships with pupils * Supporting pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation * Working closely with teachers and wider support staff to deliver individualised support * Helping to maintain a calm, structured, and nurturing learning environment * ASAP start * Well-connected Bracknell location with excellent transport linksIf you have previous experience working with children or young people, particularly within education, SEN, care, youth work, or a specialist setting, we would love to hear from you.
