Together, we grow, belong and impact.About the teamAfter recent growth and winning many new clientsacross the FinTech, Banking and Capital Markets, General and Life insurance, Lloyd's of London, fund and asset management sectors, we have ambitious targets for the future.  Tax is higher than ever on the agenda for ourFSclientswith ongoing geo-political change and significanttax, regulatory and accounting reforms impacting all sectors acrossFS.  To help ourclients navigate the existing complexities and future uncertainties, we are recruiting to develop the team and ourcapabilities to respond to the market.About the roleWe have a newly created FSTax Associate Director role due to the recent success of the Financial Services Taxteam.The predominant focus of the role is to drive our growing Banking and Capital Markets FSTax practice.You will help to leadourgo-to-market offering across the Banking and Capital Markets sector, managing our business developmentopportunities and have a key role in helping to drive our wider FSTax strategy.You will be responsible for managing various teams acrossFSTaxadvisory, compliance and audit of taxengagements.Manage a portfolio of high-quality work for clients and profitable outcomes for the business through use of best practices, technology and alignment with Firm policies.Be a role-model to junior team members in our London office in the delegation and review of work as well as fostering their learning and development. What we are looking forExtensive experience in leading a portfolio of FStaxengagements in the Banking and Capital Markets space acrosstaxadvisory services.Keen interest to maintain up-to-date knowledge of broader business tax, internationaltax, regulatory and tax accounting areas (e.g. OECD Pillar 2 – GloBE).Willingness to take on teammanagement and development roles within the FSTaxteam.Broad experience of managing financials on client engagements, setting timetables, delivering on budgets and negotiating fees withclients.Experience of identifyingopportunities for business developmentacrossFSTax and other service lines.Ready to grow, belong, and impact?
