Smart Metering Planner

Smart Metering Planner required to join our established client on a temp to perm basis asap. Hourly rate is based on a salary of between £26,436 - £28,000. Candidates who prefer a micro-managed environment will not be right for this role. The position is ideal for an individual who is not afraid to ask questions, works to their own initiative, and is confident to get stuck in. Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. Duties: Plan and schedule smart metering installations across Essex and Suffolk Allocate work geographically to maximise efficiency and minimise travel time Liaise with operational teams to ensure workloads are balanced and achievable Monitor daily and future work programmes, making adjustments where required Respond to changing operational priorities and customer requirements Ensure planning information is accurate, up to date and communicated effectively Work closely with internal teams and customer representatives to support programme delivery Help drive productivity, customer satisfaction and operational performanceBenefits: £26,436 - £28,000 per annum Pension ParkingExperience required: A car driver is essential due to the office location Previous planning, scheduling or coordination experience Utilities experience is desirable Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong geographical awareness of Essex and Suffolk is advantageous Confident communicator with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environmentPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
