Industrial Recruitment Solutions – Counterbalance & Reach FLT Driver – Birmingham Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance and Reach FLT Driver to join a well-established logistics company based in Birmingham. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering stable, long-term work for the right candidate. Hours * Monday to Friday * 18:00 – 03:00 * Twilight shift Pay * £13.30 per hour * Weekly pay * Temporary-to-permanent opportunity Job Duties * Operating Counterbalance and Reach FLT trucks safely and efficiently * Loading and unloading vehicles * Moving and storing stock throughout the warehouse * Replenishing stock and supporting warehouse operations * Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties when required * Carrying out basic equipment checks * Reporting any faults, damage or safety concerns * Following all site health and safety procedures Requirements * Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence * Valid and in-date Reach FLT licence * Previous experience operating both types of truck * Experience working within a warehouse or logistics environment * Good attention to detail * Reliable and punctual * Strong awareness of health and safety * Ability to work effectively as part of a team This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive company with the potential to secure a permanent position.
