Job Type: Full-Time, temporary
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support the smooth running of a busy professional service. This varied role combines administration, diary management, customer service and reception responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Process referrals and enquiries accurately and efficiently
* Maintain and update databases, records and electronic systems
* Manage appointments and diary scheduling
* Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
* Prepare, process and distribute confidential correspondence
* Produce reports, letters, agendas and meeting documentation
* Take meeting notes and prepare accurate minutes
* Provide reception support and welcome visitors
* Audio type reports and correspondence where required
* Prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines and service targets
* Maintain stationery and office supplies
* Provide administrative support during busy periods and team absences
What We're Looking For
* Previous administration or secretarial experience
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
* Professional telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A full Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential for this role
Desirable experience includes database management, minute taking, audio typing and working within a professional or service-led environment.
