The role of the Sales Estimator Architectural Stonework will involve:
Sales Estimator position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as facades, cladding, wall dressings, window dressings, balustrades, landscaping & paving
Producing quotes & take offs from architectural drawings
Producing CAD designs / drawings relevant to the project
Manage the process from enquiry through to completion
Office based role with some requirement to visit customers, typically the home counties region
Liaising with architects, specifiers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and private end users
Reviewing drawings and gaining an understanding of projects/requirements
Working on projects varying in size from £10k to £250k
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Estimator Architectural Stonework Architectural Stonework with:
Must have experience within the building products sector, ideal to have a technical understanding of: stone, faade, lintels or a closely related product/system
Must have experience as one or more of the following: Designer, Architectural Technician, Sales Executive, Estimator, Draughtsman or closely related
Highly advantageous xwzovoh to have AutoCAD experience
Strong relationship builder
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
