About the role

Blue Legal is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a CRM Manager to join its Business Development team on a 12 month FTC. Working closely with Marketing, IT and Data teams, the successful candidate will lead the optimisation, development and adoption of the firm's CRM platform, ensuring it supports strategic business objectives, enhances client engagement and enables data-driven decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRM professional to play a key role in shaping the firm's CRM strategy and driving meaningful business impact.

The Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and optimisation of the firm's CRM platform, working closely with IT and Data teams to deliver system enhancements, integrations and improved functionality.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, IT and Data teams to ensure the CRM supports campaigns, client engagement initiatives, reporting and business intelligence requirements.
  • Design and implement dashboards, workflows, automation processes and reporting tools that support strategic objectives and improve decision-making across the firm.
  • Drive firm-wide CRM adoption through training, guidance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring users understand the value of the system and utilise it effectively.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring CRM developments align with business needs, governance requirements and wider strategic priorities.
  • Monitor system usage, adoption and performance, providing regular reporting and insight to senior stakeholders while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to enhance CRM capabilities and deliver measurable value to the business.

The Candidate:

  • Proven CRM management experience within a legal or professional services environment, including experience managing system development, optimisation and adoption initiatives.
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms, data management, reporting and analytics, with experience working closely with IT, Data and Marketing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and change management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural adoption of new processes and technologies.
