We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP surgery team in West Leeds on a long-term basis.

This role is ideal for someone looking for a stable position with flexibility around working days. The practice is offering 4 days per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £23–£27, depending on experience.

The role may include:

  Chronic disease management

Immunisations and vaccinations

Cervical screening

Wound care and dressings

Health checks and general treatment room duties

Requirements:

• 
  
• 
  Previous Practice Nurse experience

NMC registration

Confident working in a primary care setting

Strong communication and patient care skills
