Care Services Manager – Sleep-Ins & Travel Perks

Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Cowbridge is seeking a Female Assistant Service Manager to support a safe, caring service and lead a team in the absence of the Service Manager. The role involves rota shifts including sleep-ins, leadership, and ensuring the highest levels of independence for the people we support.

You’ll work 37 hours across a rota, with sleep-ins; salary £29,149.91 per annum plus £60 per night sleep-ins and 55p per mile travel reimbursement. Permanent contract.
