Reference: BH- Spreadsheet and Data SpecialistThe Application Asset Intelligence (AAI) workstream is creating a trusted, governed application intelligence capability that gives with an authoritative view of the application estate. This work includes creation of the core application data assets, supporting data standards, ownership and lifecycle records, reporting capability, and the tooling required to manage and maintain them. DEFINED CAPITAL OUTPUTS / ASSETSThe following products must be created or materially advanced by 31 March 2027:Governed AML Spreadsheet — a structured, validated spreadsheet-based Applications Master List, built to the agreed data model, with data validation, controlled fields and clear operating instructions.Management Reporting Views — dashboards and summary views within the spreadsheet environment enabling application management and risk reporting.Data Handover Package — documented data structure and operating instructions to enable clean handover to the target tooling platform.STRETCH TARGETSData Migration Export — a structured export of spreadsheet data ready for migration into the target tooling platform.ASSET CREATION RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain the governed spreadsheet asset aligned to the agreed data model.Implement validation rules, controlled fields and formatting that improve data quality and usability.Create reporting views that allow the programme to use the asset for risk, ownership and lifecycle insight.Document the data structure, rules and operating instructions required for handover.Prepare structured exports where needed to support migration into the target tooling platform.Work with the Data Administrator and BAs to ensure the tool supports the data standards being created.Spreadsheet and Data Specialist
