Transport Operator (Days & Nights Available) Our client is seeking two highly organised and adaptable Transport Operators to join a high-performing logistics team. In this fast-paced role, you will manage day-to-day HGV driver scheduling to ensure the seamless delivery of shipping containers, keeping client satisfaction and company objectives at the forefront. What You Will Do Dynamic Scheduling: Manage daily routes and schedules for a fleet of HGV drivers. Real-Time Problem Solving: React quickly to changing situations, adapting transit plans on the fly to guarantee timely container deliveries. Driver & Client Support: Act as a core point of contact, delivering exceptional service and guidance to both external clients and drivers on the road. Team Collaboration: Work closely within a supportive, motivated team environment to hit performance targets.Shift Patterns & Compensation We are hiring for both day and night positions, running on rotational shift patterns: Night salary (Rotational, Monday to Friday) Night Shift 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM Additional payment if Sunday shift worked. Day Shift (Rotational, Monday to Friday) 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Includes 1 in 4 Saturdays; Occasional Sundays required for holiday/sickness cover. What You Bring Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills. The ability to thrive and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
