Joinery Site Manager Location: London & Home Counties Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + package Type: Permanent We are currently recruiting for an established specialist joinery contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-end bespoke joinery across luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects. They are looking for an experienced Joinery Site Manager to oversee installations on projects across London and the Home Counties. Responsibilities: * Managing bespoke joinery installations from delivery through to completion * Supervising joiners and subcontractors on site * Coordinating with clients, main contractors and other trades * Reading and working from detailed joinery drawings * Monitoring programme, quality and site progress * Ensuring health & safety requirements are met * Managing snagging and resolving installation issues Requirements: * Proven experience within specialist/bespoke joinery * Previous Site Manager or Site Supervisor experience * Strong understanding of joinery installation * Ability to read detailed drawings * Experience on high-end residential, hospitality or commercial projects * CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS desirable Joinery Site Manager For the purposes of the Conduct Regulations 2003, Premises Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and as an employment business for temporary recruitment.
