We’re rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries. About The RoleThe Solutions Engineering team is looking for an additional SE leader to join our EMEA HQ team based in London, UK. The SE manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing MM Solution Engineering team across Europe. The candidate should be a proven technical leader in a fast-paced environment who is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, with excellent follow-up and follow-through. This role requires that you be on-site at our EMEA HQ in London,UK,  5 days a week.What You'll DoPeople Leader: Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing Select & Territory Solution Engineering teamsTechnical Leader: Technical coach, mentor, and problem solver, helping with technical escalations and navigating complex technical solutionsBuilder: Identify gaps, show initiative, and take ownership to build out programs and processes in support of the SE teamConnector: Work cross-functionally to drive improvements and increase communication and collaboration across departments, e.g. sales, product, support, enablement, marketing, etcCareer Champion: Develop and grow the team’s skillset through coaching, mentoring, and enablementTravel Requirement: Up to 25%What You BringMinimum 3+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Cybersecurity, IT Security or similar from an accredited universityStrong background in IT infrastructure and network/security fundamentalsProven track record in leading high performing sales engineering teams and working closely with sales teams and product teamsExperience building out programs and driving high impact projects and initiativesHighly motivated, entrepreneurial, and enthusiastic with excellent follow-up and follow-throughBased full-time onsite in our London office.Employee BenefitsVerkada is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritises the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources.
