Commercial Property Surveyor - Lease Advisory & Transactions Central London - £55,000-£75,000 + car allowance + bonus A leading commercial property consultancy is looking for an MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join their Central London Landlord & Tenant / Transaction Management team. The role: * Advising landlord and occupier clients on lease renewals, rent reviews and lease advisory matters * Running transactions end to end: acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations * Managing client relationships and building your own instruction pipeline * Working across a mixed commercial portfolio (office-led, some retail/industrial) What we're looking for: * MRICS qualified (or very close to sitting APC) * 2+ years PQE in landlord & tenant, transaction management or asset management * Central London market experience preferred * Strong client relationship skills, comfortable running instructions independently On offer: * Clear path to Associate/Senior Surveyor * Genuine variety across sectors and clients * Hybrid working, strong support structure Interested or want to hear more before applying?
