With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for quality and reliability, they work closely with developers and contractors to successfully deliver projects from concept through to completion.About the Role The client is looking for a Senior Estimator to join their pre-construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project specifications, and supporting the tendering process to ensure competitive and commercially viable bids.Key Responsibilities:Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissionsReviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentationObtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotationsIdentifying project risks and opportunities during the tender stageSupporting the preparation of bills of quantities and cost plansWorking closely with pre-construction and commercial teams to develop competitive bidsAbout the RequirementsProven experience working as an Estimator within Groundworks as well as Cut & CarveStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricingExperience preparing tenders for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projectsExcellent numerical, analytical, and organisational skillsAbility to review technical drawings and specificationsDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management.
