We're now looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to track and manage individual and team performance and ensure it is in line with the department's KPIs.

Managing the day-to-day activities of the operation, ensuring all customer requests are processed in a timely manner and any customer queries are answered or escalated.

Job description Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) Delivery of Key Performance Indicators in line with business and contractual needs Support and supervise direct reports Deliver team member performance reviews, development and succession planning as appropriate Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced Required profile Minimum 12 months warehouse operations experience Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS); JDA experience preferred Experience in team management IT literate: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communicator
