Maintenance Operative

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Operative to join a busy facilities team in Coventry. You’ll be carrying out a mix of maintenance, repairs, and servicing of specialist equipment used to support individuals in their homes and community settings. What the Maintenance Operative Will be doing General maintenance and repair work across equipment and facilities Servicing and maintaining mobility and disability aids (training provided) Fault finding and carrying out repairs Making sure all work is completed safely and to standard Logging jobs and reporting any issues Assisting with installations, removals, and refurb work Providing a reliable, no-nonsense service What We’re Looking For as a Maintenance Operative Experience in handyman / maintenance / facilities roles Practical skillset (mechanical, basic electrical or plumbing knowledge ideal) Able to work independently and use initiative Full UK driving licence (essential) Good attitude — someone who just gets on with it Someone willing to take a Enhanced DBS check Maintenance Operative perks £26,000 – £30,000 salary (depending on experience) Stable, long-term opportunity Full training on specialist kit Opportunity to go permanent Solid team environment If you are interested in this Maintenance Operative role, Please apply or call Luke on (phone number removed)
