Our client, a leading UK professional network, is looking for a Technology Officer to join their Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves bridging the gap between technology and people - helping stakeholders get the most out of their systems and deliver great outcomes for their clients.
If you're a confident trainer, a sharp problem-solver, and comfortable working with data, this could be the perfect next step.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting stakeholders with software queries, troubleshooting, and system upgrades
Delivering engaging training - face-to-face and remote - to non-technical users
Analysing and cleansing back-office data, including migrations
Demonstrating systems to prospective stakeholders
Helping test and shape new system enhancements
Keeping training materials fresh, clear, and up to date What we're looking for:
Proven experience delivering training
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills
Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiencesYou'll thrive in this role if you're:

Adaptable and happy juggling shifting priorities
Reliable, accountable, and detail-focusedHours & working pattern:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week, full-time). Office-based, moving to hybrid working after a 3-month probation period.
