About the Role Shift Maintenance Engineer As part of our Maintenance team, youll play a vital role in keeping our production lines running smoothly.

From planned maintenance to tackling breakdowns, youll be at the centre of ensuring our machinery operates efficiently and reliably.

Youll also help drive improvementsfinding smarter solutions, learning from past issues, and contributing to continuous innovation across the site.

What Youll Be Doing Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to a high standard Responding quickly and effectively to breakdowns Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults Reading and working from engineering drawings Supporting improvement projects and engineering solutions Managing spare parts and updating maintenance systems Working safely and within all health & safety guidelines Supporting and developing apprentices Working a continental shift pattern (6am
- 6pm and 6pm
- 6am) What Were Looking For Time-served, multi-skilled engineer with 35 years experience in manufacturing Experience with print, cutting, or converting machinery (desirable) Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems Comfortable using systems and basic IT tools Flexibility to cover both sites when required.
