Retail Butcher

We’re looking for an experienced Retail Butcher to join a busy team and take pride in producing high-quality products and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes: * Preparing and presenting a range of meat products * Serving customers and providing advice * Managing stock and deliveries * Creating attractive product displays * Supporting promotions and seasonal offers * Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety About you: * Previous retail butchery experience * Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation * Confident and friendly with customers * Reliable, organised and professional * Passionate about quality * Able to handle heavier products * Flexible to work an alternating weekend rota A great opportunity for an experienced butcher who wants to make the role their own and have a real impact on the department
