Contract Administrator – Glasgow
Full-Time | Permanent
We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Contract Administrator to join a growing Glasgow office who specialise in FM, construction and social housing.
This role will support our contracts team with scheduling works, coordinating engineers, updating internal systems, raising purchase orders, processing completion paperwork, and liaising with clients, tenants, subcontractors, and engineers.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, strong organisational and communication skills, good Excel knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy workload. Experience with SimPRO would be beneficial.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (full-time hours)
Work Location: In person, Queenslie Industrial Estate, Glasgow.
