The Role As a Building Services Engineer , youll play a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of mechanical and electrical systems.

Youll be involved in both planned and reactive maintenance, working across a wide range of building services and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Operations Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across M&E systems Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems Diagnose faults, carry out root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with permit-to-work systems Identify recurring faults and improvement opportunities Support small projects, upgrades, and system improvements What Were Looking For Monitoring systems (BMS) training provided Logging/reporting issues (CAFM/CMMS helpful) Experience maintaining buildings (not machinery) Comfortable with general repairs and reactive maintenance Able to deal with real-world issues (leaks, faults, minor fixes) Basic understanding of building services systems(e.g.
