Summary The role as a Restaurant Manager is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our NY Urban Pizza restuarant.

Based in Lisburn, you will lead the team to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with our company values of fun, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and safety.

Lead, motivate, and manage restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.

Ensure food preparation, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met.

Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs effectively.

Implement training programs to enhance team skills and customer service.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other venue departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management
- a minimum of 2 years experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.

Ability to manage operations efficiently under pressure.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in hospitality or leisure industry preferred.

Knowledge of food preparation and service is advantageous.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
