About the Venue 8 Bishopsgate is a diverse, multi-outlet tenant driven operation with an incredible range of hospitality. 8 features two café bars; a restaurant on level 26; The Lookout on level 50; executive dining and meeting rooms plus an auditorium for up to 200 guests. In addition, we cater events across the building.
Role Purpose We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a true foodie who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and wants to be part of a creative kitchen environment. Our menus change seasonally with worldwide influences, alongside a daily changing menu on a four-week cycle, offering constant learning and development opportunities for the right candidate. A proactive and detail oriented Chef de Partie with a passion for high quality food and strong organisational skills. xwzovoh
This role would suit a chef who is eager to learn, enjoys creativity, and wants to develop within a progressive kitchen environment
What youll be doing
Prepare and deliver high quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are always met and exceeded
Take a hands on approach in the kitchen, leading your section with confidence and setting the standard during service
Collaborate closely with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
Good to know £14.80 per hour (exclusive of service charge)
Role is predominantly Monday - Friday
Easter, Christmas, and bank holidays closed.
