Working with trade and retail customers, you'll become a trusted advisor, promoting an extensive product range while delivering exceptional service and helping businesses succeed. Achieve sales, margin, and KPI targets. Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and sales leads. Promote the company's range of tools, equipment, and industrial products. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and CRM records. Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service. Support product launches, trade events, and promotional activities. Provide outstanding after-sales support and issue resolution. Criteria: Previous experience in a field sales, business development, or account management role within the power tools/ engineering sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Full UK driving licence.
