About the role
Female Support Worker | West Malling
£25,845 per annum (pro rata full time (39 hours)) | Part time 37.5 hour contracts - 30 hour contracts - 24 hour contracts
Full UK driving manual license is essential due to the needs of the service and the people we support, it is also a requirement to have some support worker experience supporting with similar needs.

We're looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly team in West Malling, supporting seven adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern to live the lives they choose.
You'll play an important role in helping people develop their independence, build confidence and enjoy meaningful experiences both at home and in their local community.
The people we support enjoy a wide range of activities including:
Visiting local parks and attractions
As a Support Worker, you'll:
Support people to live as independently as possible while achieving their personal goals
Encourage participation in hobbies, activities and community life
Support people to build and maintain relationships with family and friends
Provide dignified, person-centred personal care where required
