Job Description

• Design and deliver engaging training programmes and learning resources.
• Lead train-the-trainer initiatives and build capability across partner organisations.
• Facilitate workshops, online learning and communities of practice.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple sites.

The Successful Applicant

A successful L&D Manager should have:

• Experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with blended learning and digital training resources.
• CIPD, ILM, L&D qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable working across complex, multi-site environments.
