Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 hour lunch)

Hybrid: 1 day per week working from home

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Ocean Export Operator to join their busy Freight Forwarding team based in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid ocean export experience who is available to start quickly and is looking for a role that could become permanent.

What you'll do:

Working within a fast-paced freight forwarding environment, you will be responsible for managing ocean export shipments from booking through to vessel departure, ensuring freight moves efficiently whilst providing exceptional customer service and maintaining full compliance with international shipping regulations.

Duties include:

• Manage ocean export shipments from booking through to vessel departure.
• Liaise with customers to obtain shipping instructions and all required export documentation.
