Personal Injury Solicitor (Legal Director), 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, 75,000+ (DOE) – This leading firm is currently seeking a talented and motivated individual who specialises in defendant casualty work, including both injury and non-injury cases. JOB REF:
THE ROLE:
• As part of this growing team, you will take on a diverse caseload covering a wide range of complex matters, including Casualty & Public Sector claims, abuse, utilities cases, Employer’s Liability & Public Liability claims and Product Liability cases
• The supervision of more junior members of the team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Strong advocacy skills and experience representing clients at inquests.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and work independently.
• Proven experience managing a broad range of defendant abuse claims including, vicarious liability and public sector abuse and/or claims against social services professionals
• An excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
